It sounds like you have already done a great job in reducing your
weight. Keeping it that way is all about avoiding the bad habbits
and replacing them with healthy alternatives. In otherwords keep
on doing what you have already started doing. Throw away old fat
clothes, stay away from any places of temptation like bakeries
or cake shops and keep on with healthy alternatives like sport,
exercise and healthy food.
