    Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

    42 . Set goals and rewards

    If reduce weight by x I'll have sex again :) Create food trade-offs or food policies. One 30 minute walk = one desert. No walkies means no desert. If you are going to have a treat, work out how much exercise you need to do to burn it off and only have that treat if you are willing to do the exercise.
