There is no race in losing weight - that why there a TV program
that tries to make it one. It is all bull. Don't be sucked in
- it is your fat - lose it your way.

are good for you
If you’re
going to pop pills make sure they are natural supplements like
Essential Fatty Acids or Multivitamins. Too much of anything is
not smart. Go easy on the pills, there are no magic potions.
70. Don't
over do the record keeping
Weigh yourself
and keep a track of how you are doing but don't go over the top.It
is debatable that completing spreadsheets helps. Its likely to
depress the hell out of you when the numbers don't go the way
you expect. Rome was not lost in a day - actually maybe it was
but you know what I mean. There will be set backs, don't let your
detailed records turn them into disasters.
